Zhejiang University School of Brain Science and Brain Medicine Wang Xuhua Team is now open to recruit (Associate) Researchers and Postdoctoral Fellows. Postdoctoral fellows in the research team will have the opportunity to study abroad and cooperate with top research teams at home and abroad. The team leader, Dr. Wang Xuhua, is currently a “Hundred Talents Program” researcher and doctoral supervisor at the School of Brain Science and Brain Medicine of Zhejiang University. He has received national, provincial and corporate horizontal scientific research funding support. The main research directions of the research team include: repair of spinal cord injury, artificial spinal cord materials, brain-computer interface technology, AI-assisted drug screening, AI tissue-tropism AAV capsid design, gene and stem cell therapy, gene and drug delivery systems, etc. Dr. Wang has published many scientific research papers in Cell, Neuron, Nature, Nature Communication and Journal of the American Chemical Society, Advanced Healthcare Materials.

1. Distinguished (Associate) Researcher
1) Requirements
1. Distinguished Associate Researcher must be no older than 37 years old, Distinguished Researcher must be no older than 40 years old;
2. Obtained a doctorate degree from a high-level university at home or abroad, and have postdoctoral work experience (can be relaxed for outstanding candidates);
3. Major in life science, medicine, material science, pharmacy, brain-computer engineering, artificial intelligence, automation, biopharmaceutical related fields.

Salary benefits
1. Salary and benefits are implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Zhejiang University for postdoctoral students, with an annual salary of RMB 240,000-360,000*, and additional article awards and year-end bonuses will be given depending on performance;
* Doctoral graduates from the top 100 schools in the world or particularly outstanding doctoral students can be provided with an annual salary of RMB 360,000 after approval by the college.
