🚨 We’re hiring: 3 Postdoc & 3 PhD positions 🚨

Excited to share that my colleague Don Weenink is recruiting for his new research program, “Turning Violent”, which explores how everyday interpersonal conflicts escalate—or are stopped—before turning violent.
These positions will be part of the Violence Group at ISGA Leiden University, a great team of researchers working on the social dynamics of violence. The project uses ethnomethodological conversation analysis, multimodal video analysis, and video elicitation interviews to study encounters between civilians and between police and civilians in Berlin, London, and Paris.
