🎥🤖 INSAIT is inviting applications for PhD positions on a Google co-funded project advancing Egocentric Vision and Streaming Multimodal Large Language Models. Wearable devices such as smart glasses or AR/VR headsets capture continuous first-person views of human interaction. Our mission is to develop AI that can see, remember, and reason in real time, enabling adaptive, context-aware agents that interact naturally with the world.

🧑‍🏫 You will be mentored by leading experts from INSAIT – Dr. Yuqian Fu, Dr. Danda Pani Paudel, and Prof. Luc Van Gool – as well as Google Zurich researchers Dr. Yongqin Xian, Dr. Alessio Tonioni, and Dr. Federico Tombari. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with top AI labs worldwide and contribute to cutting-edge research.

💎 We offer a competitive salary of €3,307/month💰,strong guidance in computer vision and AI 🧠, and ample opportunities for publishing at top-tier conferences (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML). You will also have the chance to attend international conferences and research visits ✈️.

📌 Ideal candidates have a solid background in machine learning or computer vision, strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow, and a passion for video understanding and multimodal AI. Prior research experience is a plus.
