      Are you ready to drive high-impact research in nanomaterials and energy conversion? The Nanotechnology Centre and the Centre of Energy and Environmental Technologies (CEET) at VŠB-TUO are looking for ambitious Post-doctoral Scientists to join their international team in Ostrava!

      This is a unique opportunity to contribute to prestigious projects like Glas-A-Fuels, MERGE, and Refresh, focusing on the design and mechanistic understanding of functional materials for photocatalytic and energy-conversion processes.

      🔬 What You Will Do:

      • Design and synthesize functional materials.

      • Conduct thorough characterization using world-class infrastructure (XRD, XPS, Electron Microscopy, etc.).

      • Evaluate performance in targeted catalytic applications.

      • Publish high-quality research and collaborate with cross-institutional teams like CATRIN.

      🎓 What We Are Looking For:

      • A Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

      • A strong publication record and independent research skills.

      • Excellent communication skills in English.

      • A collaborative mindset for interdisciplinary project work.
