      Job description: Open PhD position(s) in Perception / EEG Where? Lausanne (primary institute, FBM UNIL – Faculté de biologie et de médecine de l’Université de Lausanne, University of Lausanne – UNIL, The Sense) & Paris (Ecole normale supérieure)

      🗓 Start: Early 2026 (flexible) The Psychophysics and Neural Dynamics Lab (David Pascucci, https://shorturl.at/6cpnd) and the Laboratoire des Systèmes Perceptifs (Pascal Mamassian, https://lsp.dec.ens.fr/en) invite applications for a fully funded PhD (3+1 years) within an ANR, the French National Research Agency–Swiss National Science Foundation SNSF Weave project on perceptual fluctuations and temporal context.

      The project combines visual psychophysics, EEG, and computational modeling, with the PhD primarily based in Lausanne and research visits to Paris.
