Are you an enthusiastic early-stage translational scientists in respiratory disease? We’re recruiting a PostDoctoral fellow for a 2-year project (with possible extension) on molecular mechanisms of severe asthma using single-nuclear RNA-seq analyses & development of endotype-specific cultures models.
This is part of a large national initiative, the Ombion Centre for Animal-free Biomedical Translation but also closely aligns with the EU-funded RESPIRE-EXCEL DN and the 3TR consortia as well as the Human Cell Atlas.
The ideal candidate has (wet-lab) experience in data generation from human tissue samples as well as extensive (dry-lab) experience in analysis of high-dimensional single-cell datasets.
You will be part of our vibrant research institute on asthma and COPD, one of Europe’s leading respiratory centers of excellence.
