Voronova lab, located at the University of Alberta (Canada), is hiring a postdoctoral scholar and/or PhD student to work on the contribution of genetic mutations to neurological disorder mechanisms and response to treatments.
Our research program investigates how cell-cell communication and epigenetic factors regulate oligodendrocyte development and repair. We offer a highly collaborative and supportive environment with access to the newest technologies and equipment. An ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset with the ability to lead projects independently.
Preference will be given to applicants with previous neuroinflammation, molecular biology, stem cells, developmental biology and/or demyelination models. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.
