We are looking for a highly motivated PhD candidate to join an exciting project investigating how differentiated somatic cells acquire embryonic identity, focusing on auxin signaling and gene regulatory networks.
The project combines wet-lab techniques, advanced imaging, and multi-omics approaches (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq) with computational analysis to uncover the mechanisms of cellular reprogramming.
We are looking for someone who: Holds a Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field Has a background or strong interest in plant molecular/cell biology Is motivated to work with omics data Is curious, independent, and enthusiastic about interdisciplinary research
