The research group focuses on the repair and regeneration of the nervous system, using stem cell differentiation and somatic cell reprogramming as models, to analyze the regulatory mechanism of neural fate establishment, and to develop targeted induction technology to produce specific neural subtypes; use the latest cell culture technology to establish models, Explore the mechanism of development/disease; through compound screening and other technologies, develop drug therapies for nervous system development/degenerative diseases, develop technologies for in vitro and in vivo targeted induction of cells needed for disease treatment, and promote the clinical transformation of stem cell therapy. Original results were published in Cell Stem Cell, Science, Nat. Commun., Cell Rep., J. Mol. Cell Biol., Cell Res., Nat. Struct. Mol. Biol. and other international journals, and related technologies were first applied for He has obtained 1 international patent. The research work is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and Shanghai Education Commission.

1. Assistant researcher
position requirements: 1. Doctorate degree, postdoctoral experience, developmental biology, stem cell biology or related majors, under 35 years old; 2. Influential academic published as the first author in internationally renowned journals Papers; 3. Have the ability to independently think about scientific research issues and carry out scientific research, with project application experience preferred; 4. Have good English expression and writing skills, and be able to write scientific research papers; 5. Work proactively and have a team spirit.
Responsibilities: Assist the project team leader to carry out scientific research related work.
Salary and treatment: Once the applicant is hired, there will be a post in the Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. Salary: Post-doctorate’s annual salary is 150,000-250,000, and social insurance, provident fund and other benefits are provided. The school provides postdoctoral apartments to assist in settlement, etc.; those who are outstanding in the mid-term assessment can continue to work at the station for 2-4 years and provide a maximum annual salary of 350,000 ; Those who are outstanding in the final assessment can declare a deputy senior technical position exceptionally and provide a housing subsidy of 500,000.
