Post-doctoral related treatment: (1) annual salary of 336,000-480,000 patacas (approximately RMB 300,000-420,000), for a period of 2 years, the Macau tax rate is about 5%; (2) the University of Macau belongs to overseas Institutions, which can be regarded as overseas work experience, can apply for overseas talent programs, etc.; (3) The research group will fully assist postdoctoral career development, and fully support postdoctoral fellows to apply for domestic postdoctoral funds, talent projects and Guangdong Provincial Postdoctoral related funds, etc.; (4) Provide a good and healthy working environment and sufficient research funding. Support postdoctoral fellows to participate in domestic and foreign academic conferences. The direction of scientific research is given a high degree of freedom.

Dr. Zhong Junwen has long been engaged in basic and applied research in the fields of energy harvesting devices, sensors, actuators, and soft robots related to flexible electronics, and has achieved a number of innovative research results. As the first/corresponding author, he has published more than 40 papers in well-known journals such as Science Robotics, Nature Communications, Energy Environmental Science, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Energy, Biosensors and Bioelectronics, with a total of more than 6,000 citations Times, H index 33. In addition, successfully applied for 1 US patent and 16 Chinese patents. In 2017, he won the Outstanding Research Award of the Berkeley Sensor and Actuator Center, in 2018, he won the Excellent Doctoral Thesis Award of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, in 2019, he won the Basic Science Special Research Fellowship of RIKEN, and in 2022 and 2023, he was elected as a member of the International Association for Advanced Materials ( IAAM Fellow) and the IAAM Scientist Medal. The research conducted has been funded by the Natural Science Foundation of China and the Science and Technology Development Fund of Macau, totaling approximately RMB 3.5 million.
