      The Advanced Semiconductor Research Institute of Hangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Center of Zhejiang University focuses on the international frontiers and major scientific issues in the field of wide-bandgap semiconductors, aims at the country’s major strategic needs in the fields of information and energy, and relies on the leading industrial advantages of the Yangtze River Delta region and the strong scientific research of Zhejiang University Strength and the innovative system and mechanism of Hangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Center to create a leading domestic and internationally advanced research and development platform for cutting-edge technology innovation, and promote the development of in-depth integration of industry, university and research. The construction of the institute is led by Academician Yang Deren, chief scientist of Hangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Center. Academician Zheng Youzheng is the chairman of the academic committee, and Professor Shengguang is the dean. The institute will focus on building ultra-clean laboratories and advanced R&D facilities and large-scale equipment for the growth of wide-bandgap semiconductor materials, chip development, packaging, testing and application. 

two. Recruitment positions: 
1. Wide-bandgap semiconductor materials and devices 
(1) Obtain a doctorate degree in the past three years, with excellent academic performance, physical and mental health, in principle, no more than 35 years old; 
(2) With physics, materials, and microelectronics , Optoelectronics and other disciplines, with wide bandgap semiconductor materials and related microelectronics, optoelectronic devices and other scientific research experience; 
(3) Have a good sense of teamwork and strong independent working ability; 
(4) In the past three years One author or corresponding author has published more than two influential research papers. 

2. Material design and device simulation 
Job requirements:
(1) Has obtained or is about to obtain a doctorate degree in condensed matter physics, materials, microelectronics, optoelectronics, etc.; 
(2) Research in crystal growth simulation, material property calculation, quantum transport characteristics, multi-physics simulation, etc. Experience; 
(3) Have a good sense of teamwork and strong independent working ability; 
(4) Publish more than 2 high-quality research papers as the first author or corresponding author in the past three years. 

3. Benefits and guarantee conditions 
1. In principle, the pre-tax annual salary shall not be less than 400,000 yuan (including local government talent subsidies); 
2. Those who participate in major research projects of the Science and Technology Innovation Center and have achieved significant results can receive additional funding or allowances;
