The Institute of Molecular Aggregation Science of Tianjin University was established in April 2018. It is the first research center named after molecular aggregation science at home and abroad. Li Liqiang of Tianjin University Li Liqiang, a professor, doctoral supervisor of Tianjin University, and a member of the National Talent Program, joined the Institute of Molecular Aggregation Science of Tianjin University in June 2018. He received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008. In 2014, he was engaged in post-doctoral research at the Institute of Physics, University of Münster, Germany, and in 2014 at the Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Presided over and participated in a number of general and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, key research and development programs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and key research projects of frontier science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. So far, more than 80 sci papers have been published in important international academic journals such as adv. mater., j. am. chem. soc., angew. chem. int. ed., nat. commun., mater. horiz.
