[Introduction to PI of the research group]
Ji Li, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Microelectronics, Fudan University. 2016 Ph.D. graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Texas at Austin, and then stayed at the Microelectronics Research Center as a senior researcher. In September 2019, he joined the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University with the National Overseas Talent Program (QQ). The main research directions are new micro-nano electronic devices and integration processes, MBE/ALD growth functional oxide films, new energy conversion devices, high vacuum scanning probe technology, quantum devices, etc. As the first author and corresponding author, he has published more than 40 papers in internationally renowned journals and top conferences such as Nature Materials, Nature Nanotechnology, Nano Letters, JACS, Angew Chem Int Edit, IEEE International Electron Device Meeting (IEDM), and PVSC.

School of Microelectronics, Fudan University has the State Key Laboratory of Application Specific Integrated Circuits and Systems (established in 1991) and the National Integrated Circuit Innovation The center, the Ministry of Education’s new generation integrated circuit technology integrated public relations platform, the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Circuit Design and Manufacturing Collaborative Innovation Center and other national platforms, have complete microelectronic manufacturing process lines and complete device testing and material characterization methods. At the same time, in-depth cooperation with advanced semiconductor manufacturing companies such as SMIC, Hua Hong Semiconductor, Huali Microelectronics, etc., can obtain advanced manufacturing process tapeout opportunities.
1. Long-term recruitment of doctoral students with backgrounds in physics, electronic information, and materials.
2. Long-term recruitment of postdoctoral fellows
i) Experience in using high vacuum equipment (MBE, STM, ALD, ARPES) or micro-nano processing manufacturing process experience is preferred.
ii) Deep experience in first-principles calculations and molecular dynamics calculations is preferred.
