Introduction to the group leader
Cheng Wei, Ph.D., associate professor, doctoral supervisor, Xiamen University “Nanqiang Young Top Talent”, current Served in the School of Materials Science, Xiamen University. In 2016, he received his Ph.D. from ETH Zurich, Switzerland, under the tutelage of Professor Markus Niederberger. From 2016 to 2019, he was engaged in postdoctoral research at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada (co-supervised by Professor Curtis Berlinguette). Dr. Cheng Wei has been engaged in basic and applied research on inorganic functional materials for a long time. He has published 21 SCI papers in Chem, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS nano, Chem. Sci. and other internationally renowned academic journals. One international patent. Related achievements have been widely reported by domestic and foreign media such as Xinhua News Agency, UBC news, Canadian Discovery and Discovery Channel (TV News), French Industry and Technology Magazine, ScienceDaily, Materials Today, X-MOL, EurekAlert, etc.
